Terms of use
These terms apply to this website and interface. The contracts themselves are permissionless and governed only by their code. Last updated 12 September 2026.
1. The interface
This website is a convenience front end for a set of immutable smart contracts on Robinhood Chain. It reads public chain data and helps you build transactions that you sign yourself. The site never holds your keys, your NFTs or your BLOOD, and cannot act on your behalf.
The interface may be unavailable, delayed or wrong. The chain is the source of truth. Anyone may interact with the contracts directly, without this site.
2. Eligibility and your responsibilities
- You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to use blockchain-based games and digital assets there.
- You are solely responsible for your wallet, your keys, your gas and every transaction you sign. Transactions are irreversible.
- You will not use the interface for anything unlawful, to attack the service, or to circumvent rate limits or access controls.
- You accept the game rules as implemented in the contracts, including randomness, taxes, theft and loss on exit rolls, as described in the docs.
3. No financial product, no promises
Nothing here is an offer, solicitation, investment product, security, deposit or savings scheme. BLOOD is a utility token of a game with capped, decaying emission and a burn-based sink. No return, profit, price, liquidity or continued operation is promised. See the Disclaimer.
4. Fees
The only fees are the ones enforced by the contracts and shown before you sign: the Gen 0 mint price, the BLOOD burned by Gen 1 mints and levels (of which 20% of level payments goes to the creator), the 20% tithe on ordinary Villager claims, the 5% secondary-market royalty and the 1% Uniswap pool fee (which goes to the creator as the locked liquidity's owner). The interface adds no fee of its own.
5. No warranty, limitation of liability
The interface and the contracts are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators and contributors are not liable for any loss, including lost tokens, lost NFTs, lost profits or data, arising from your use of the interface or the contracts, even if advised of the possibility.
6. Intellectual property
You own the NFTs you hold and may use their onchain artwork personally and commercially in connection with your NFT. The Vampire & Villager name, mark and site design remain the project's; brand assets on the brand page may be used to refer to the project truthfully. The contract source code is published under the MIT license.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated; the date above changes when they do. Continued use of the interface after a change means you accept it. The contracts cannot be changed.
